AVREye is an Augmented/Virtual Reality-based vision screening application which can accurately uncover refractive errors such as farsightedness, short-sightedness, and astigmatism. It is driven by a machine learning algorithm that helps eye care professionals to diagnose a host of defects in human eyes.
Face Search is a machine learning driven algorithm that searches the World Wide Web for faces similar to faces supplied by our members. Unlike other existing reverse image search algorithms, FaceSearch is a web crawler based application that finds face matches on all public domains. Users may upload the face images and FaceSearch will find matches in all the human facial images in the public domain.
OpenEye is an advanced personal navigation system that assists the no light perceptive (NLP) population in total blindness, the ability to navigate within buildings. OpenEye is powered by powerful image recognition and other machine learning algorithms that help people locate objects, rooms and other utilities within a building.

Dr. VIJAY KASHI
Dr. Vijay Kasi has been with FaceConenct since 2015 and serves as Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Kasi is an accomplished technology and development leader in the telecommunications industry for many years and leads FaceConnect’s software engineering, product development and quality assurance organizations. He possesses extensive architecture and development management experience in large-scale software, hardware and internet/intranet applications. Prior to his current position, Dr. Kasi was a physicist at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and also a mentor in the Physics Department. He received a Ph.D degree in applied physics from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
JHON P. NAWOJ
John Nawoj is the CEO and Founder of FaceConnect LLC. He brings over 20 years of experience in the IT, Network Solutions, Software and Hardware Design and Electronics Industries. John oversees the overall corporate direction and strategies at FaceConnect focusing on innovation, operations, sales, and marketing. Prior to founding FaceConnect, John served in senior management positions with various companies like AT&T Network Systems, Lucent Technologies and Itox.
ZESHAN A. KHAN
Zeshan A. Khan, Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer at FaceConenct, manages the financial strategy and operations. He graduated from NJIT with a BS/MS in computer engineering specializing in hardware engineering. He was the star student athlete winning medals for school, leading the Pool team to NCAA’s and right after graduation he got himself involved creating and setting up FaceConnect. He was a full-stack developer for SA-Developers, AA Painting, and Akhi Productions.
Panagiotis is a member on the Board of Directors as the COO. He is currently a student at New Jersey Institute of Technology majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Business. Currently a member of Alpha Phi Omega and Theta Chi, he uses his leadership skills obtained by those organizations within our workforce. He provides guidance and direction to our team members that would help them complete their tasks.
Faria graduated from NJIT with a Bachelors in Computer Engineering. Before joining FaceConnect, she was a Day Trader and a seasoned Real Estate Investor managing her own Real Estate Corporation. She is skilled in negotiations, analytical skills, customer service, sales and retail as well as merchandising supply chain and finance. She's currently pursuing Masters in Business Administration and Management, concentrating in Finance from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Neville is FaceConnect’s Face… not really! Neville is the backend/frontend/app-moonshiner whose sense of humor almost killed a few in the team. Neville worked in the industry where he honed his web development and app development skills well enough to begin this venture. Apart from FaceConnect he keeps himself busy finishing his Masters in Computer Science at New Jersey Institute of Technology where he manages to convince his faculty to dish out A's for his mere presence!
Himavarsha is a senior majoring in Information Technology with a specialization in Web Applications at New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is the VR App Developer at FaceConnect. Immaculate work ethic, excellent leadership qualities from NJIT Student Senate, and exceptional communication skills will speak for her traits. Her passion for developing mobile applications, and dynamic yet interactive websites using front-end programming languages keeps her motivated to accomplish her goals.
Dhaval is a junior at New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a software engineer and dedicated programmer with great problem-solving skills. Dhaval is also a part time teacher of computer programming languages at various schools in Hoboken, New Jersey. Down the road, he is interested in majoring in Artificial Intelligence.
Vrajesh is currently studying Computer Science at New Institute of Technology. At FaceConnect he is a web application developer working on various projects.
Anand Joseph has a Masters degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to FaceConnect, he worked at various places honing and perfecting his coding and machine learning skills. He is the Lead Programmer at FaceConnect, where he is in charge of the code development for all projects. Joseph has the ability to convert ideas into robust algorithms.
Timothy Boyle Jr.
Tim is quietest of the group is a no-nonsense God-Level coder/code hacker who graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology with a BS/MS in Computer Science. While working on his thesis, he went on to manage the Association of Computer Machinery and the student Senate at NJIT. He does talk, when we talk about the American automobile industry. His constructive criticism helps push the company to do better and challenges us to think in innovative ways.
Moe is a Civil Engineer from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He decided to be a part of FaceConnect just because he wants his dream of developing standalone cameras that can be used as surveillance devices powered an embedded computer become a reality. Armed with computer vision and a Raspberry Pi, Moe is designing the next-gen face recognition devices. When he is not busy designing creepy stalking machines, he designs industrial superstructures for a Civil Engineering firm.
Steve received his degree in Applied Physics from New Jersey institute of Technology. During his undergraduate years, he gained an interest in robotics while conducting electrical engineering research. He now works in a robotics laboratory researching control theory algorithms. His interests include machine learning and computer vision.
Keya is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Information Systems at New Jersey institute of Technology. She is the President of Kappa Phi Gamma and involved in many organizations in her school. At FaceConnect, she is part of the Marketing team. Her day to day routine is to manage the social media accounts and update our clients with new products.
AVREye is an Augmented/Virtual Reality-based vision screening application which can accurately uncover refractive errors such as farsightedness, nearsightedness, and astigmatism. AVREye also provides advanced vision screening that reveals age-related eye diseases such as macular degeneration, cataracts, retinopathy, and glaucoma. The results of all vision screening tests taken by a patient are transferred to a Ophthalmologist providing them with a precise diagnosis to review prior to patient consultation.
AVREye incorporates a "hands-free" approach to vision screening processes and is powered by a speech recognition engine that allows patients to communicate with the device in their language of choice. All instructions are given utilizing audio-visual interfaces VIA smartphones or standalone HMDs. Provisions are made to record the vocal responses of the patients for the physician to analyze.
